Please include your order number with the return. All returns will be refunded to the method used for purchase. All returns must be in new condition, and include all items you received in your original order. Returns processing takes about a day post receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless we made an error in order processing.

Shipping

Precision Defence Industries offer a range of delivery services depending on customer requirements and your order weight and dimensions.

For your security, all shipments will require a signature of an adult upon delivery. Our couriers may ask for you to present identification.

Important Information About Delivery Times:

All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Precision Defence Industries, SA Office Warehouse.
