When your order is placed you will receive a minimum of two emails:
1. The first email is automatically generated and will notify you that your order has been received and is ready for processing.
2. The second email will contain either shipping information such as a tracking number, or further instructions that may require your response.
If a response is required, please do so as soon as possible. Orders requiring a response will not be processed without a reply instructing us how to proceed. If a response is not received after 5 business days, the order will be cancelled without further notifications.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Precision Defence Industries is not responsible for typographical errors or misprints contained in our website or printed advertisements.
Back Orders and Wait-lists
Average Back order wait time is 2 months on most items. Please contact us for current delivery times of backordered items.
Orders are dispatched within 2 days of confirmation of payment.
Orders are dispatched via either Australia Post or Courier.
Allow up to 4 days for delivery via Australia Post and Courier.
Flat-Rate packaging will be used by default unless requested otherwise.
In the even the package must be sent via Air, please submit your order via phone to ensure it is processed as quickly as possible.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY (STOCKS)
Complete refunds and returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for address to exchange item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
